Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 3–14 business days ($4.99) — delivery time varies by product and supplier location

Free Shipping: On all orders over $49.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Lucky Home&Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, customs, or high shipping volumes).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lucky Home&Kitchen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at luckyhomeandkitchen@gmail.com before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at luckyhomeandkitchen@gmail.com within 15 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
